Christmas in July 2017 (part 2) 7 cards

 Thanks for stopping by to see part 2 of my Christmas in July 2017.  Check out how those Prismacolored images turned into great cards!

These are all 5" x 7" cards with the exception of the square card which is 6" x 6" and all card bases are made from Neenah 110# solar white card stock.

The black layer is 5x7, the patterned paper is 4.75x6.75, and the black layer under the die cut Santa image is 3.5x4.75. The sentiment layer is 1.875x1.4375.  All white layers are distressed with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  The Ho Ho Ho is stamped with SSS Schoolhouse Red.  The candy cane is colored with Copic markers.  The twine is lawn trimmings by Lawn Fawn.

The red layer is 5x7 and the patterned paper is 4.75x6.75.  The red layer under the image is die cut with the next larger die than the one used on the image.  The drops are Crystal Drops by Nuvo in Morning Dew.  The twine is lawn trimmings by Lawn Fawn.

Patterned paper is 5x7 and the white layer is 4.5x5.5.  The snowflake background is done with the Maryanne snowflake and Broken China Distress Oxide Ink.  The sentiment is white heat embossed which resists the Distress Ink.  And it is finished off with Crystal Drops by Nuvo in Morning Dew.

Red layer is 4.75x6.75 and the patterned paper is 4.5x6.5 with a strip of patterned paper the same width.  The red circle is 2" and the white circle is 1.5" and the sentiment is stamped with SSS Schoolhouse Red.  The scalloped image is inked with Candied Apple and Fired Brick Distress Ink.

Blue layer is 5.75x5.875.  The snowflakes are done with a snowfall stencil and transparent paste with glitter mixed in.  The sentiment is white heat embossed and topped with Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle overlay.

Gold glitter layer is 7x5.  Sky/Galaxy piece is 6.75x4.75 and is done with Distress Oxide Inks in Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Broken China, Salty Ocean, Faded Jeans and Black Soot.  The white splatter is Copic opaque white.  The music is done with a Mini Sheet Music stencil and Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Gold.  The clouds are done with the MFT Cloud stencil and Pumice Stone Distress Ink.

I found this scroll on Cricut Design Space and sized it to 5.5" wide.  I added the sentiment and had the Cricut write it on the scroll with a gold Cricut pen.  I inked all the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
