Thanks card

This quick and easy card features products from Honey Bee stamps, Stampendous, Lawn Fawn, Nuvo and Pinkfresh Studio.

The Pinkfresh Studio "Live More" paper pack came in the Simon Says Stamp August 2017 card kit.  It is also available individually.  The patterned paper used on this card came from this paper pack.  The "Scripty Thanks" is by Lawn Fawn and is cut from Simon Says Stamp "Slate" and "Banana" 100# card stock.  The sparkle on the thanks is from a Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle overlay marker.  And some embellishment drops in Sea Breeze finishes out the front of the card.

The inside of the card is finished with a strip of the patterned paper and stamps from the Honey Bee stamp set "Thanks and Giving".  The envelope is finished with a small strip of the patterned paper and stamps from the Stampendous stamp set "Dog Sayings".

Spinner card with Art Impressions

I embarked on a new adventure today and created a spinner card!  These are such fun and way easier than I thought it would be.

This adorable stamp set from Art Impressions is no longer available, but I have linked below several others that would make great cards and some are fall and holiday themed too!

Thinking Of You | Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers | Suzy Plantamura watercolor card

Simon Says Stamp carries a bunch of these cards you can watercolor by Suzy Plantamura.  I have linked them all below in the supply section.  These are great because you don't have to think about design, just have fun coloring these!  The cards are A2 sized (4.25" x 5.5") so I did trim it down a little so I could get a layering pieces of patterned paper on my card base and still keep it an A2 size.  

The images are colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.  Greens: May Green & Light Green, Mid Green & Olive Green, Emerald Green. Browns: Brown & Dark Brown. Yellow/Brown: Yellow & Light Brown.  Other: Pink & Warm Gray 2.

This particular card was exclusive to the SSS May 2017 card kit, but there are many great ones to choose from!  To finish off the watercolor panel I inked the edges with Pumice Stone Distress Ink and popped it up with foam.

To finish the inside of the card I used a piece of the same patterned paper that I used on the front.  This paper pack is the Pinkfresh Studio Live More collection that was part of the SSS August 2017 card kit.  And the sentiment came from the SSS You + Me stamp set that was also part of the August kit.

Birthday card with Stampingbella Nacho | Honey Bee Celebration stamps | Distress Oxide

This little guy is so cute I thought this would make a great masculine birthday card!  

The dog stamp is Nacho by Stampingbella.  The sentiment is on a thought bubble that I found on Cricut Design Space. The dog and the thought bubble are both popped up with foam squares.  I went around the edge of the thought bubble with the Memento Tuxedo black marker.  The dog is stamped in Memento and colored with Copic markers.

The center panel is layered Distress Oxide Inks in Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, Antique Linen, Fossilized Amber and the I used Fired Brick with the Tim Holtz Bricked stencil to layer over the top.  I used a clock embossing folder and my cuttlebug to create the rest of the background.  I used some more Vintage Photo to go over the raised areas of the embossing to bring it out.  All these pieces are layered on top of kraft card stock.

The sentiment on the inside is Celebration Sentiments by Honey Bee Stamps.  Celebrate is stamped in Simon Says Intense black and coated with clear Wink of Stella.  The "It's Your Birthday!" is stamped in Fired Brick Distress Oxide.
