Vinyl Window Cling Quote on Wood Frame Window

 These wood frame windows look like a hot mess right?  But with a little elbow grease these can look amazing!

I did a lot of sanding and then applied a multi-surface premium white wax that I found at my local craft store to give it that white wash finish.
